Watermill ("Vodenitza") Apartments are located 300 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the centre of St.Vlas, providing an inviting base for exploring this beautiful coastline.

In a unique way this large complex combines traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities and style. You will find a Bulgarian cuisine restaurant with live shows in the evenings, a swimming pool, a small kid’s corner and a real ancient watermill – all surrounded by lush green vegetation. The apartments with one or two bedrooms are spacious, fully equipped and overlook the pool area. With its friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff, couples, families and groups will find what they need for a truly relaxing holiday.

All apartments are fully furnished with kitchenette facilities including 2 electric hubs plus an oven or a microwave, a toaster, a fume hood and the full set of cutlery and kitchenware. The balcony or terrace features plastic garden furniture.

Maid service is provided daily and linen is changed twice a week.

Room rates do not include breakfast, which can be selected from the restaurant's menu.

We offer airport transfers (one-way or return). The nearest airports are Burgas (BOJ, 40 km) and Varna (VAR, 90 km). Price is paid upon pick up.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 4 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
