The opening of Hotel Land & Zee was in June 2007! Never before has a hotel been built in this unique set up. The hotel enjoys a great location, directly at the dune passage to the beautiful North Sea beach. There are 32 rooms that are provided with a double/twin bed, television, separate bathroom with bath or shower and a covered outdoor terrace.
The restaurant offers an outdoor terrace on the south side along the water. Resort Land & Zee warmly welcomes you with great anticipation and invites you to spend a well deserved holiday in a delightful Zeelandic way.

The hotel offers 32 double rooms. There are connecting rooms available for families, so you can enjoy a carefree holiday with your loved ones. The hotel rooms offer a double/twin bed, television, a separate bathroom with either a bath or a shower and a covered outdoor terrace.

The restaurant and terrace are considered one of the most beautiful places of the hotel and offer a splendid ambiance for enjoying the view of the water to the fullest. All in all, this is the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast, a cappuccino, lunch or a romantic diner.

In the beautiful dune area across from the camping many birds and deer reside and in the early summer you can even hear the cuckoo call. There are wonderful cycle and hiking routes that take you to the most exquisite places on the island. If you cross the dunes you will reach the beach where you can delight in hiking, surfing, sailing, flying a kite and fishing. The Grevelingen Lake is known for its fascinating underwater world and you can also often see seals here!

Pets (no more than 1 per room) can stay at the hotel for EUR 8 (if leashed and food excluded).

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 14 years is charged EUR 39.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
