The Residence
is situated in a quiet position in the middle of the green, a few minutes walk away from the center of Lipari. It features a group of small villas built in the islands typical style. It has a cosy breakfast room and a Bar. The well furnished apartments, have a small garden and covered patio and can accommodate up to five persons.
The 18 apartments
are nicely furnished and are composed of terrace - some with an own garden -, patio, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, satellite-tv, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe.

Half-board dinners are served 'à la carte' at the Filippino and/or E Pulera restaurants.
The closest airports are: Catania, Napoli, Palermo and Reggio Calabria.
The closest ports are: Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Napoli.
- From Milazzo it takes one hour by hydrofoil or fast ferry. The normal ferry takes 2 hours.
- From Messina it takes 1.5 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Reggio Calabria it takes 2 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Palermo it takes 3 hours by hydrofoil.
- From Napoli it takes 4 hours by hydrofoil and fast ferry. The normal ferry takes 9 hours.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children up to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
