The residence is located in a central position, just 200 metres from the main square of the island and within easy reach of the crystalline waters of the local beaches.
During your stay you can visit the city centre or rent a bike to explore the surrounding area, excursions can also be arranged on request. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the residence's facilities to spend some time simply relaxing and enjoying the views.
The hotel offers 20 apartments, all fully furnished, and some with their own garden.

The residence offers apartments with one or 2 bedrooms and a private terrace.
Food & beverage
The residence does not have its own restaurant, but the friendly staff will be happy to recommend the local restaurants.
Favignana is the main Island, it's territory is pretty wild, with 2 beaches and plenty of rocky bays, such as Cala Rossa 'Red Bay'.
During your stay you can also visit the Grotte by boat, or see the fishermen selling fish at early morning.
The hotel is within walking distance of the port (10 minutes walking).
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to pay for the final cleaning of the apartment. This service costs EUR 50 and is obligatory and must be paid direct to the reception.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children up to 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children up to 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
