Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

In addition to the listed amenities all apartment have a fully equipped small kitchen with, among other items, 2 hotplates, a mini-oven and an electric coffee-maker.
Furthermore all apartments have a telephone (at an additional cost) and a balcony with furniture (table + chairs).

The 230-hectare forest covers almost 10% of the district (forests and lakes of Chiberta, Lazaret, Pignada) and provides excellent walks and a variety of sporting activities.
Biarritz (on the Basque coast) and its long promenades along the sea front, the Imperial Chapel, Saint Martin’s Church, Museum of Chocolate, History Museum, Sea Museum with its aquariums, etc.

Bayonne: the Vauban ramparts, Gothic cathedral, cloisters, Bonnat Museum, Basque Museum, La Madeleine Chapel in Bidart, Saraleguinea Art Museum in Guéthary, Anglet and the Chiberta Lake, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and its “Musée Grévin” (waxworks) and square with Louis XIV's house and the Infanta’s house, Sare and its prehistoric caves, Ciboure and the Leihorra Villa, Hendaye and the Abbadia estate, etc. In the Nive Valley: Cambo-les-Bains (Edmond Rostand Museum), Bidarray and the Pottok (small pony) nature reserve, Louhossoa (weaving studios). Further away, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port (bishops' prison, pottery of the Navarre region).
Colourful, tasty gastronomy: Bayonne, Espelette and its Antton chocolates, Mauléon and Ossès (cheese, duck foie gras), Sare and Villefranque for cakes, jams and tarts, the Irouléguy wine cellars in Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry.

• From Paris: A10 motorway to Bordeaux, then the A63 to Bayonne, RN10 and A63. Take the exit to “Biarritz centre” and follow signs to “Phare de Biarritz” (lighthouse).

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open everyday from 08:00 to 22:00.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
