This elegant hotel, situated in Potenza, was built in the 1960s and has been renovated and enlarged to offer refined open spaces and carefully-designed rooms.
During your stay, enjoy the exceptional gastronomy in the 130-capacity restaurant and benefit from the fully-equipped meeting rooms. On request, the hotel will be happy to cater for large parties in its banqueting hall for up to 400 guests. The strategic position, adjacent to the Basentana Connecting Road and the City Centre, allows you to easily visit the principal tourist sites of the region:
- The famous “Matera’s Stones” Humanity’s patrimony by UNESCO from 1990 (100 km).
- Melfi and Lagopesole Castles.
- Magna Graecia Archaeological site of Metapontum.
- Monticchio Lakes.
- The National Park of Pollino.

The structure comprises a congress centre, banqueting halls, a restaurant and 144 rooms, of which 8 can also be used for the disabled. There is a non-smoking area. The hotel is located adjacent to the S.S. Basentana but at the same time isolated from it by a vast tree area. The complex is in an excellent position, being between the historical centre and industrial area of Potenza and the inner province of Potenza.
Food & beverage
The refined and elegant restuarant can accommodate up to 130 people, and offers excellent international cuisine and typical local dishes.
The banquet hall can be divided into 2 rooms each with its
own entrance. They are suitable for events for up to 500 guests.
By Car:
From Roma-Naples-Salerno:
- Exit at Sicignanodegli Alburni, continuing for approximately 50 km.
- After the Potenza Centro exit, continue for a further 2 km until you see the hotel on your right.
From Reggio Calabria A3 motorway:
- Exit at Atena Lucana and follow signs to Brienza, exiting at Brienza-Potenza
- Follow signs to Potenza E847. The Hotel is 2 km after the exit to Potenza centro.
By Car:
From Roma-Naples-Salerno:
- Exit at Sicignanodegli Alburni, continuing for approximately 50 km.
- After the Potenza Centro exit, continue for a further 2 km until you see the hotel on your right.
From Reggio Calabria A3 motorway:

Parking:
There is free parking next to the hotel. There is also garage parking for a surcharge.
On request, an extra, 3rd bed is only available in the Double Room Superior for EUR 25 per night.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
