At the end of the motorway follow the signs to the centre, " Centre ville "/ Communauté européenne. Go through the tunnels when you reach the " Basilique de Koekelberg " and turn off at the Belliard (European Community). Follow the Belliard street, keep on the right side of the road and do not go into the tunnels ! ! Overtake the tunnel and go straight ahead, at the 3rd trafficlight after the tunnel take a left (avenue d'Auderghem) Go straight ahead till you reach a roundabout : " Schuman ". Take the 3rd street on the right, rue Archimède and continue till the trafficlight. Take a left and afterwards the first street on your the right, you are in the Boulevard Charlemagne.

At the end of the motorway follow the signs to the centre till you reach to the right a large roundabout " Place Meiser ". Halfway the roundabout to the right enter the Chaussée de Louvain, still towards the city-centre till you reach a crossing, Place Dailly. At the trafficlight go to the left, you are now on the avenue de la Brabançonne. Continue till the Square Ambiorix, a park-roundabout, halfway park go right and one of the streets on your right is boulevard Charlemagne.

Follow Ring East , direction Liège/Louvain (E40) and follow signs to the City-Centre/European Community. Follow the tunnels and you reach the Avenue de Cortenbergh. Go straight ahead till you reach a roundabout " Schuman ". Take the first street right, rue Archimède and continue till the trafficlight. Go left and afterwards take the first street right which is Boulevard Charlemagne.
