You will enjoy breakfast in one of the most beautiful surroundings of the city of Trujillo, as the breakfast hall is situated on the 1st floor of the hotel in a gallery with arches and columns. The breakfast buffet is served from 08:00 to 11:00 from Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 11:30 on Saturdays and Sundays.

The hotel is situated in the historic centre of the city of Trujillo, between the Plaza Mayor and the castle. During your visit to the old part of the city, wonderfully conserved, you will feel as if you are in the Middle Ages.
On the Plaza Mayor you can choose out of many restaurants and bars where you can try typical local dishes.

From the bus station there are regular connections to Madrid with several departures and arrivals per day. There are also connections to other major Spanish cities.

By Car:

- From the motorway A-V, Madrid-Lisbon, take exit 254.
- Go straight ahead until you reach the junction with the N-V.
- Continue straight ahead crossing the main road and then follow the directions for the city centre (centro ciudad).
- Once you reach the Plaza Mayor, go to the street where the San Martín church is located.
- Drive a bit further and then turn left following directions for Hotel NH Palacio de Santa Marta.

Important - access to the hotel car park during weekends:

Traffic in the street where the hotel is located (Calle Ballesteros) changes direction every Saturday morning due to a traffic block at the Plaza Mayor (only accessible to pedestrians on weekends). To access the car park on weekends:
- From the Plaza del Campillo roundabout take the 3rd exit to Avenida de la Merced and then take the 2nd street to the right.
- Drive all the way up Calle Margarita Iturralde to Calle Naranjos.
- As soon as you reach an intersection of 2 streets, take the one to the right (Calle Carnicería).
- Turn left onto Calle Arquillo.
- Continue until the end of street and turn right.
- Then turn left again towards the Cuesta de la Sangre.
- Continue driving up the slope and you will reach an intersection where you can either head for the hotel reception to the right or take the car to the hotel parking to the left and pass under Santiago's Arc.
- Now turn and take the street on the outer right, following the wall of the church of Santiago.
- Keep on going for a few more metres, and on your right you will see a sign for the car park.

No pets allowed in the rooms. The hotel provides secured kennels.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
