Mountain Residence 3 is only 270 meters from the gondola station and has great indoor facilities, such as, Jacuzzi, sauna, cold pool and lobby bar. The building consists of 41 apartments, which are designed for comfort and convenience not only during peak ski seasons, but also in the quieter summer. The location provides easy access to local taverns, pubs and nightly entertainment. The apartments are furnished with contemporary designs and a high priority on comfort.

Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family.
