Our hotel lies just 1 kilometre from the exhibition centre and the airport. You will find an underground station and a bus stop approximately 300 metres away.
Our reception is open from 06:00 until 23:00.
Our tastefully furnished single and double rooms are equipped with shower or bathroom, WC, radio, cable-television, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer and safe.
Food & beverage
Our hotel offers only breakfast. The restaurant "Meran" which serves international dishes is located in our cooperative hotel, just 150 m away. We would be pleased to make a reservation for you.
Within just a couple of minutes you reach the fairground, the airport, the highway and other important destinations of the capital of North-Rhine Westphalia!
Take the A44 in direction Düsseldorf and follow the signs "Messe/Flughafen" ("exhibition/airport"). Take the exit "Stockum" and follow the signs "Lohausen" until you reach the Niederrheinstraße. Turn left at the next crossing into Lohauser Dorfstraße and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
Our hotelomat enables our guest a late check in after 11pm.
Cancellation policy
Free of charge cancellations are possible up to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellations the hotel will charge 80 % to your creditcard.
For the follwoing dats different cancellation conditions apply: Pro Wein (17.03.07 – 20.03.07), Beauty (22.03.07 – 25.03.07), CPD (21.07.07 – 24.07.07), Caravan ( 23.08.07 - 02.09.07), GDS (13.09.07 – 16.09.07), A+A (17.09.07 – 21.09.07), Exopharm (26.09.07 - 30.09.07), Rehacare (02.10.07 - 06.10.07) and Anuga in Cologne (14.10.07 - 17.10.07) 42 days prior to arrival; GIFA (11.06.07 - 16.06.07), K (23.10.07 - 31.10.07) and Medica (13.11.07 - 17.11.07) 8 weeks prior to arrival.
In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking sum to your credit card.

During the Euroshop, Interpack, Drupa, Medica and K-Messe cancellation is not possible free of charge. The hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation from the credit card after booking.
These periods are as follows: (23rd – 31st October 2007) - K-Messe,
(13th –19th November 2007) - Medica, (23rd - 27th February 2008) - Euroshop, (24th April - 30th April 2008) Interpack, (28th May - 11th June 2008) - Drupa, (18th - 22th November 2008) - Medica.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
