These 9 apartments are located in an area of great natural beauty, yet just 10 minutes’ walk from the nightclubs, bars and restaurants of central Dalyan.

When not exploring this beautiful region, you can relax by the swimming pool and listen to peaceful birdsong. You can also enjoy the varied wildlife in the area, with animals you are unlikely to see anywhere else.

The Dalyan Mavikosk Apartments are situated in the village of Dalyan, near the channel. Ideal if you would like to enjoy tranquility in a beautiful region, without isolating yourself too much – the vibrant activity and nightlife of central Dalyan is just a 10 minute walk away.

There are 9 apartments, all measuring 60 m² and suitable for 2 to 4 people. Each has 2 bedrooms, a shower, toilet and kitchen.

The apartments at Mavikosk are complemented by a bar and restaurant within the complex. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants in the nearby in Dalyan.

The Mavikosk apartments are 12 km away from the sea. The Dalyan Delta region is worth visiting whilst in the area. Covering a considerable area between Dalyan Beach and Lake Köyceğiz, it consists of a series of canals in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

) and 15 minutes to Ortaca bus station.You should get bus which is going to fethiye from İzmir. You must get off the bus in Ortaca. The distance between Ortaca and Dalyan only takes 15 minutes by mini-bus.

By Air (from Dalaman Airport, 30 km):
A transfer service is available from the airport to the apartments (additional cost applies, for details, please contact Mavikosk Apartments after making your reservation).

Alternatively, get a bus from the airport in the direction of Fethiye or İzmir. Get off in Ortaca, which is approximately a 15 minute ride. From here, you can get a dolmus (minibus) service to Dalyan, which also takes around 15 minutes.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
