Our family-friendly luxury apartment complex is situated directly by one of Bulgaria's best beaches, Harmanite in the coastal resort town of Sozopol, and provides a variety of convenient modern comforts.

Our complex offers a variety of services and has vast green garden areas leading straight to the beach. Our exclusive pool is set amidst palm trees. We also house an ancient Greek style indoor swimming pool.

The Kid's Room is open every day during the summer holidays. Entry is free but it is only available to children aged between 4 and 12 staying at the hotel.

The hotel features 12 studios, 106 1 bedroom apartments and 11 2 bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with a range of furniture including an extendable sofa in the living rooms which sleep 2. In the studios, there is only an extendable sofa, hence the studio sleeps a maximum of 2.

Our cosy restaurant offers a tasteful and diverse breakfast buffet. We would like to recommend our a la carte lunch menu, as well as a multitude of cold and cooked dishes for dinner.
