At Malamas Apartments there is accommodation to suit every need.

The building of Malamas Apartments is traditionally white-washed with blue windows and balconies with open views to the garden, the neighbourhood or mountains. In the flowering garden, there is a shaded sitting/dining space with common barbecue.

At the reception, the friendly staff provides you with all necessary information about Paros Island.

Malamas offers one room studios for 2 to 3 people and 2 room apartments with 2 private bedrooms for 4 people. They are set on the ground or 1st floor and have cooking facilities. There is also a regular cleaning service.

For cheaper accommodation, there are simple, lower level rooms for 2 to 4 people, without the cooking facilities but with a balcony that opens onto the garden.

All the facilities (except the safety deposit box) are included in the daily rate without any extra cost.

Livadia sandy beach, the main beach of Parikia, offers organised spots with umbrellas and sun beds and more quiet corners in the shade of trees.

At the beach you will find bars, restaurants, a volleyball court and Paros Nautical Club that offers swimming and sailing lessons. Krios Beach, on the opposite side of the bay, offers crystal clear waters. It is about a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. The port, centre of town and the central bus station are about 600 meters (10 minutes walk) away.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during July and August.

A minor cost may be applicable when paying by credit card.

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
