Although the snow cover remains from November to May, the winter season also has backup snow machines.
Snowfall in the winter is abundant and provides a constant snow cover exceeding 3 metres.
Mean temperature in the coldest month of January is -1.9 °С.

Lucky Bansko complex is located at the entrance of Bansko, at the foot of Pirin Mountain, Bulgaria.

Bansko lies 160 km (including 120 km motorway) south of Sofia (or about two hours' drive from Sofia Airport) and 150 km from the Greek sea resort of Kavala.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
