From the A40 motorway:
- Take exit 10 to Bellegarde-Pays de Gex, then drive in the direction of Gex/Pays de Gex.
- At Traverse St-Genis, drive 2 km towards Gex.

From Geneva Airport/Meyrin:
- At the traffic circle after the Meyrin customs plaza, turn right.
- Then take the 3rd turning on the left towards Gex, Espace de l'Allondon.
- Turn left towards St-Genis at the traffic circle.

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
