Bansko is situated in the southwestern part of Bulgaria, at the foot of the Pirin mountain, beneath the highest and most beautiful karst of the mountain. The picturesque town offers its guests a unique 16km uninterrupted ski runs starting from Todorka peak (2600 m) all the way down to the base station of the gondola at the outskirts of the town. National Park Pirin:
Pirin mountain is a land imbued with myths and legends, a region of outstanding natural beauty. It was proclaimed as a national park in 1962. At first it was named Vihren, in 1975 it was renamed to Pirin. National park “Pirin” is included in the list of the national parks of UNESCO and in the list of cultural & natural heritage of UNESCO. You can indulge in fabulous scenic walks here and see the beautiful mountain lakes – Moratovo, Ribno and Okoto lakes. This will give you a true taste of the Pirin mountain nature and spirit for as long as your legs can endure. No backcountry experience is necessary.

Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena in Bansko offers you a variety of outdoor activities to relax and enjoy in the heart of the Pirin mountain, such as horse riding, mountain biking, paintball and rafting.

Bansko is located 160 km south of Sofia, Bulgaria, approximately 2.5 hours drive and 250 km north-west of Thessaloniki in Greece.

All major airlines have either standard scheduled or chartered flights to Sofia International Aiport or Thessaloniki International Airport. The hotel can organise airport pickup and drop off from Sofia & Thessaloniki International Airport.

Maximum 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old could stay in our Deluxe rooms and Junior suites and they have to pay 7.00 EUR per day for children's breakfast.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
