This hotel, located in an historical building dating from 1891, combines a special mix of an authentic atmosphere and modern facilities.

The classically furnished rooms, some of which even have a bubble bath or private sauna, entice you to a relaxing visit. The hotel also offers 3 restaurants with its own style and accompanying menu. Depending on your mood, you can choose Burgundian exuberance or intimate dining.

Situated on the Groeneplaats, Hotel de Lindeboom has been attracting guests with its special brand of hospitality since 1895. Traditional ambience and service go hand in hand with contemporary comforts at this hotel. Originally, the hotel had only 8 rooms for guests and a single cafe. Today, it is a modern hotel with 25 luxurious rooms, an a la carte restaurant, cafe brasserie and the rustic “Drank & Spijslokaal het Schoutenhuys”. There are also several multifunctional rooms, where the hotel can arrange your parties, seminars, meetings or other events for up to 700 people.

Pets are allowed, EUR 12.50 per pet per night.

All of the luxurious rooms have a bathroom with a toilet and either a bath or shower; some even have a private sauna, jacuzzi bath or steam cabin.

In addition, all the rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, floor heating in the bathrooms, internet access, colour TV, alarm clock/radio and very comfortable box-spring beds.

Hotel de Lindeboom is located in the middle of the center of Den Burg, Texel's biggest village. It's about 5 kilometers away from the beautiful North Sea beach.
Besides the 25 hotel rooms, which provide guests with all the comfort they need, de Lindeboom also has several rooms where guests can enjoy lunch, dinner or have a drink. In "Restaurant de Lindeboom" you will be able to have an à la carte dinner. If you can't make up your mind, then there's always the menu of the day. You can also visit our totally renovated Grand Café, a pleasant 'brown café' with a large sunny terrace on the square! On this square you will find a market every Monday and during high season there are various performances including folklore.
If you would like to try something different then you can visit het Schoutenhuys. This restaurant is located on the right of Hotel de Lindeboom, on the 'Vismarkt'. Here you can thoroughly enjoy an exuberant dinner in a relaxed, unforced ambiance.

No matter what season, the diverse landscape of Texel always looks beautiful with its picturesque villages with friendly cafes and restaurants, nature, fresh air, space and many opportunities for relaxation. Those taken with the island’s charms usually come back, sometimes even more than once a year.

The boat to Texel leaves from Den Helder. When you arrive in Den Helder you follow the signs Boot-Texel. The boat to Texel departs every 30 minutes. During high season and in the weekends there is usually an extra boat. More information can be found on the website teso.nl

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
