Vondel Loft Suite
This suite is recently renovated and has capacity for four persons. The loft consists of two bedrooms each one floor. Both rooms have their own bathroom. The room on the lowest floor has a bath tub and a walk-in rain shower. The bathroom on the top floor has a walk-in rain shower. The lowest floor has also a big living room and a kitchen. Of course are the rooms equipped with luxurious facilities like flat screens, iPod docking stations and Nespresso machine.

Family Suite
The Vondel Family Suite offers 2 bedrooms with a connecting door. The children’s room has a bunk bed with separate flat screen TV’s, mini bar and its own bathroom with a shower. The parents’ room is a large executive room which offers a comfortable sitting area, a working desk and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning (subject to availability).

The contemporary style restaurant 'Joost' is situated in Hotel Vondel, where you can enjoy the beautiful paintings of Peter Keizer. Here we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

In the hotel bar, guests can do business or relax in a comfortable way. This is the ideal place for a cup of coffee, a snack or a drink.

How to get from Schiphol to Hotel Vondel:

Taxi:
You will find a taxi stand in front of the arrival hall. Costs: appr. Euro 45.00. You will be in Hotel Vondel within 20 minutes. You can also contact the hotel, they can arrange a business taxi for Euro 35.00 one way, this is a fixed price and the driver will pick you up in the arrival hall (has to be booked in advance!). Public transport: Take the train from Schiphol-Airport to Amsterdam Central Station. Costs: appr. Euro 3.60 per person (single fare), travel time is 20 minutes. When you are leaving Central Station you can take a taxi to Hotel Vondel Amsterdam Centre, costs appr. Euro 15.00. It is also possible to take tram number 1, 2 or 5 to the 'Leidseplein' which cost appr. Euro 2.60 per person. You can buy tickets at the conductor in the back of the tram. On the Leidseplein you see two big hotels, the 'Marriott' and the 'NH Amsterdam Centre Hotel’ in between you'll find the Vondelstraat.

Connexxion-shuttlebus: You can find bus stop A7 in front of the arrival hall. It is a blue KLM-bus and it will take you to Amsterdam within 40 minutes. Costs about Euro 13.50 per person (single fare). You can buy tickets at the KLM-desk or in the bus. You get off at the 'NH Amsterdam Centre Hotel'. The Vondelstraat is on your right-hand side next to the 'NH Amsterdam Centre Hotel' and 'Marriott Hotel'.

How to reach Hotel Vondel Amsterdam Centre by car:
From A2 Utrecht:
Coming from the A2, turn right at the first set of traffic-lights after the 'Utrechtsebrug' and follow the 'Amsteldijk' along the 'Amstel Canal'. Drive until you get to the T-crossing. Here you turn left the 'Stadhouderskade'. Pass three bridges. Turn left just before the 'Leidseplein', this is the 'Tesselschadestraat'. Directly on your left is the 'Byzantium Garage' where you can park your car. After the bend (right-hand side), you'll see Hotel Vondel Amsterdam Centre in the Vondelstraat 28.

From A4 Schiphol Airport / The Hague:
Coming from the A4 (E10), you take the S-106 exit in Amsterdam. At the end of the exit, turn right. Continue straight on the roundabout 'Surinameplein'. You now pass the bridge and take a left turn and you are on the 'Overtoom'. At the end of the 'Overtoom', turn right and take the second street on the right, the 'Tesselschadestraat'. From A1 Amersfoort-Diemen:
Coming from the Al (E-32), follow the signs 'Amsterdam Z.O.' and 'Schiphol'. Take the S-112 exit. You will enter the city at the 'Amstel Railway-station'. Follow the sign 'Centre'. You are on the 'Wibautstraat'. When you come to a large crossing at the 'Mauritskade', you turn left. Cross the 'Amstel Canal' and go straight on the 'Stadhouderskade'. See for further directions the description under Utrecht. From N5 Haarlem: From the 'Haarlemmerweg' turn right into the A10, direction 'Den Haag-Utrecht'. Get off at exit S-106. Where to park your car:
In a guarded garage: In the Byzantium garage around the corner. Costs: appr. Euro 3.00 per 60 minutes. If you park your car longer than 13 hours in a row, with a maximum of 24 hours in total, you can by a day-ticket for about Euro 35.00 (to be obtained at the cashier’s office near the entrance). Byzantium is a guarded garage and open 24 hours a day.
In the streets: In the street you pay during the following hours: 9.00 a.m. until 23.00 p.m. Sundays are free of charge.
Costs: Euro 1.90 per 60 minutes (ticket machine is just outside the door of the hotel, GREEN button) or:
from 09.00 to 19.00 hrs.: EUR 11.40
from 09.00 to 23.00 hrs.: EUR 17.10
from 19.00 to 23.00 hrs.: EUR 7.60
For the last three options, keep pushing the YELLOW button until your option appears on the screen. So, first choose green or yellow button, insert money and push the button of your choise again. Your ticket will now be printed.

Cancellations need to be done on line via the link on your confirmation. If this is not possible, then you can cancel via fax or e-mail; please use the details in your confirmation.

Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning, please indicate on your booking if you prefer a room with air conditioning (based upon availability). The additional charges of EUR 10 per room per night are not calculated in the total costs.

Please note:
- your credit card will be authorized for the amount of the 1st night. Should we not get authorization we might have to cancel your booking.
- the hotel only accept reservations with a maximum of 4 rooms.
- check out is at 12:00. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, every hour costs 10 euro extra. If you wish to check out after 18:00, you will have to pay 1 night extra charge.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
