The Hotel van Walsum is situated on a pleasant tree lined avenue in a quiet surrounding, yet close to the heart of Rotterdam. Good connection with Ahoy. Local attractions include Euromast, Musea, Zoo, the port, colourful Delfshaven and the Doelen (congress and music centre). All within walking distance.
Our hotel with its cosy Dutch atmosphere has an attractive meeting area and bar, separate lounge with tv, lift, also a secluded terraced garden and a parking. Rooms include private bath or shower, telephone and colour TV. We are within walking distance of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

The Hotel Van Walsum is located on a street in a calm district near the centre. Many attractions are easily accessible on foot. In the immediate surroundings are the port, Euromast, Museums, Zoo and De Doelen (centre for congress and concerts).
The hotel has a beautiful hall, typical of the style of a Dutch gentleman's home in the 19th century, with a bar and a lift. There is also a comfortable living room for relaxing in, a peaceful garden, a shaded terrace and a car park.
Food & beverage
The hotel has a restaurant for all your lunches and dinners. The restaurant is open for lunch between 12:00 and 16:00. Depending on the season, the restaurant prepares a 3-course dinner from 18:00 until 20:00. The restaurant is open for dinner from Monday till Thursday.
The restaurant is accessible for disabled guests.

- From Amsterdam, via the A4/E19 motorway, head towards Den Haag/Rotterdam.
- Bear right at the junction for Prins Clausplein A13/E19 and head towards Rijswijk-Zuid/Delft/Rotterdam.

- After the Kruiskade junction, take the parallel road on the right.
- On 's-Gravendijkwal, turn left to Mathenesserlaan.

- From Breda, via the A16/E19 motorway, head towards Rotterdam.
- Bear right onto the Ridderkerk-West junction and head towards Feijenoord/Centrum/Kralingen/Capelle aan den IJssel/Andere Havens.
- Bear left on Kralingseplein and head towards Rotterdam/Centrum/Kralingen/Capelle aan den IJssel/Havens 100-1000.
- Bear right on Kralingseplein and head towards Centrum/Capelle aan den IJssel/Havens 100-200.
- On the A16/E19 motorway, join the roundabout after 410 metres.
- Take the 3rd exit on the roundabout onto Abram van Rijckevorselweg and head towards Centrum.
- Keep right on Abram van Rijckevorselweg and head towards Brainpark/De Esch/Autostrada/Havens 100-147.
- Bear left on Abram van Rijckevorselweg and continue ahead on Maasboulevard.
- Turn right on Maasboulevard after 1.580 km onto Oostmolenwerf.
- Turn left at the traffic lights (onto Oostplein) and continue ahead.
- On Rochussenstraat, turn right at the traffic lights after 2.200 km onto Mathenesserlaan.

- From Utrecht, via the A12/E25/E30 motorway, head towards Rotterdam/Den Haag.
- Bear right on the Gouwe junction on the A20/E25 motorway and head towards Rotterdam/Hoek van Holland/Gouda-West.
- Bear right on the A20/E19/E25 motorway.
- Continue ahead on Schieplein and head towards Centrum/Hillegersberg/Schiebroek.
- Join the roundabout after 310 metres and take the 3rd exit onto Gordelbrug, heading towards Centrum/Oude Noorden.
- On Stadhoudersweg, turn left after 1.170 km on Statenweg.
- Continue ahead on Statenweg.
- Subsequently continue ahead on 's-Gravendijkwal.
- On 's-Gravendijkwal, turn left to Mathenesserlaan.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
